Inspection

  • Calipers, micrometers (depth, outside), protractors, height gages, indicators, digital scales, thread gages, plug gages, granite tables, custom go-no go gages

  • 8' Faro Inspection Arm with Blue Light Laser

    • Ability to probe and 3D scan complex profiles and shapes.

Cutting

  • Saws

    • Metal Saws

      • Max length 264",  width 24", height 8", typical tolerances are +/- .032" down to +/- .010" can hold tighter depending on design but may also need a wider tolerance due to extrusion

    • Double Mitre Saw

      • Max length 240" , width 4.5", height 4.5" 45- degree to 90-degree Typical tolerances are +/- .032" down to +/- .010" can hold tighter depending on design but may also need a wider tolerance due to extrusion.

Assembly

  • Various levels of assembly. One person work station up to 10 person crew for assembly line. Product dependent. Types of electrical testing/UL requirements.
